Tiempo de Procesamiento

Las órdenes generalmente son procesadas dentro de 1 a 2 días laborables luego de confirmarse el pago.

Tiempo de Entrega

Los tiempos de entrega pueden variar según la ubicación del cliente y el método de envío seleccionado al momento de la compra.

Costos de Envío

• Los costos de envío son responsabilidad del cliente.

• Los costos de envío no son reembolsables.

Devoluciones y Envíos

En caso de devoluciones o cambios previamente aprobados, el cliente será responsable de cubrir los costos de envío correspondientes.

Podrán aplicarse cargos adicionales dependiendo de la situación.

Direcciones Incorrectas

GallosPR no se hace responsable por direcciones incorrectas proporcionadas por el cliente. Si un paquete es devuelto por dirección incorrecta o incompleta, el cliente será responsable de cubrir el costo de reenvío.
